Gentle Beginnings – popular, small, calm and supportive groups for parents and babies up to toddling
These highly regarded groups, which I have run for 11 years now in York, offer a calm supportive space for mums/dads and infants from birth to 18 months old. The groups provide a place where you can gain confidence and trust in your abilities as a parent, learn about the amazing Pikler approach, the benefits of slow parenting, and make new friends. Parents usually stay with the group for a year to 18 months and make deep friendships that last way beyond the group life.
