The scene is set, summer is here, and the children are ready to head out and about whatever the weather. Enjoy summer days at Beningbrough with a fun filled holiday programme this August.
Mondays – become a garden apprentice and learn a new skill with the gardening team
Tuesdays – head to the hall for some bug busting with the conservation team
Wednesdays and Fridays – go ‘artrageous!’ outdoors* designing your own garden or making a mini garden shed.
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August – celebrate all things Yorkshire from culinary delights to art activities
Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 August – rejoice the mighty bee with talks, crafts and tastings
Climb the pyramid tower, pick up an explorer backpack or dress up as lord or lady of the hall, there are activities inside and out, come rain or shine.
We’re open every day 10.30am – 5pm. All the activities are free and normal admissions apply.
* if the weather is wet artrageous will be in the hayloft, which is accessed by stairs only.
