Bereaved Children Support York

‘Bereaved Children Support York is a local charity that aims to support children, young people and their families living in the York area, so that they are better able to cope with the impact of grief on their lives.

We do this by running a monthly peer support group for bereaved children and families which provides the opportunity to meet others with similar experiences in a relaxed, fun and creative atmosphere.

We also offer one to one therapeutic support for those children who need it as well as running a fortnightly daytime group for parents.
