We are looking for an experienced and personable Reservations and Sales Assistant who is able to provide outstanding service to our guests and who will put them at the heart of everything we do to.
Working within the Reservations team you will be a first point of contact for our trade and groups customers, support sales and customer communications activities across the business and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives. Your enthusiasm and interpersonal skills will need to be combined with strong sales and confident IT skills.
You will contribute to maximise sales and revenue opportunities including up-selling of current products and services to reach targets in line with our objectives.
Do you have the ability to plan and prioritise sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims and objectives whilst maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships? If so, then this could be the role for you. The successful applicant will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to learn and show that they care. Sales and customer relationship experience and previous experience of sales administration and reporting from a bookings database are desirable.
