Dance class recommendations are requested so often in the York Mumbler chat group, be it ballet for a 2 year old, street dancing for an 8 year old or zumba for an adult.
Not only is dancing so much fun, there’s a long list of other benefits too, including: making friends, getting fit, improving confidence, reducing stress and providing a creative outlet.
Luckily in York we are completely spoilt for choice when it comes to dance class options, there’s such a variety of dance styles and with classes running throughout the week at various times and locations, there’s bound to be a class to suit.
Have a scroll through the options and get in touch directly with the dance school who can advise you further about getting involved!
