2023 Scarecrow FestivalWe are delighted to announce this year’s Scarecrow Festival — our 15th! This year with 5 trails of different lengths (all starting from Haxby and Wigginton Methodist Church).
It will be held over the Early May Bank Holiday weekend (Saturday 29th April to Monday 1st May 2023). Scarecrows on show 10am – 7pm each day.
Trail maps will be on sale from the Haxby and Wigginton Methodist Church each day between 10am and 4:30pm. £2.50 per map, or get all 5 for £10! Refreshments available at the church until 5:30pm. Cash only please.
Money raised will go to the following charities: York Rescue Boat, Martin House Children’s Hospice, Refugee Action York, and Earthquake Relief Appeal.
