Children’s yoga workshop with salt therapy. Help to calm their busy minds & bodies, including mindful activity and gentle playful movement. Sat 16th Feb, 5-10 year olds: 09:30-10:15, age 11-15: 10:30-11:30 and adults 12:00-13:30.
