Slow Sunday Yoga & Relaxation Mini Retreat

An afternoon of beautiful rest and relaxation. Some dedicated ‘me-time’ within the busyness and modern life and modern motherhood.

This is your opportunity to slow down, pause, and unwind. We will systematically move and stretch gently with some yoga and somatic movement, find calmness in breathing, do some super-calming restorative yoga to really release tension in your body. And you’ll be guided into a deep relaxation along with a beautiful soundscape, setting you up for the week ahead. There’s also beautiful aromatherapy and we end with homemade chocolates and the option to enjoy a cuppa before you leave too.All with the aim of ensuring you are putting yourself first (for once) and you feel just brilliant as you float off home.

Suitable for anyone and everyone. No previous yoga experience required. Men and women, including pregnant women too.

Β£18 if you book by end of April. Full price Β£20.
