Offering holistic support for stressed and anxious teenagers (especially during exams time).

These sessions are either on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups.

The teens can choose a complementary therapy to try (any form of massage and reflexology, facial massage), we also listen and chat, give advice on herbal remedies, self care tips and most importantly offer a non-judgemental environment.

Relax Sessions for Babies, Kids, Teens, Adults & Pregnancy

Relax Kids offer sessions from 3yrs to teenagers to parents. Using a fun programme it teaches to relax/ mindfulness, manage emotions and boost self esteem.

Timetable:

3:45-4:45 Relax Kids (Magical Adventures) 5-11’s
4:50-5:50 option of Relax Kids or Charge Up tbc

Together Wild Parent and Child Gatherings

Join us with your child (aged 5 – 13 years) as we encourage compassion for ourselves and each other with nature-inspired activities, meditation and craft.

Monthly on a Sunday 1-2pm at Pocklington Scout Hall.

Young Yogis

Bring your youngsters along to Young Yogis at Millfield Fitness Studio for 45 minutes of yoga & relaxation, it’s a whole load of fun and a great way to get your kids feeling active and stress-free!

Ages 8 and up
Tuesday 4:45 – 5:30pm
£5 Drop In per class, or £24 for a block of 6 classes

Begins on the 15th of January 2019, running for 6 weeks
