These sessions are designed to encourage individuals aged 13-17 to come down and play football in a relaxed and safe environment. Whilst the coaches on site will oversee the sessions they will also listen to you the users and shape the sessions accordingly giving our young people a voice. We want to create sessions that encourage players to come down on a regular basis, making it part of their daily/weekly routine. Not only will these sessions provide an outlet to reduce boredom but the players will benefit from the benefits of activity physically, with the social aspect of these sessions enhancing wellbeing.
