Evolution Dance and Fitness will keep you and your children moving, fit and motivated through lockdown. We loved dancing and working out with you all online last year and had fab feedback so please come join our friendly community!
We’re running a huge variety of live Dance and Fitness classes online, for all ages and abilities, and hope to keep you physically and mentally well.
The first two weeks include Open Workshops and Masterclasses and then our term starts on 18th January, when we’ll have weekly Freestyle Dance classes and Fitness classes available for ages 4-adult.

Would you like to be part of something amazing? At Fantasy Cheer and Dance Academy we offer Cheerleading and Dance classes from 4-years these are competition teams. We also have gymnastics from 3-years upwards.
Our head coach has over 14 years’ experience and also the Coach for Team England’s adaptive abilities pom team. We have a great team of coaches across all of the classes and our amazing junior coaches are all cheerleaders themselves.
Our classes run thought-out the week at the Vale of York Academy, we also have a team in Selby. You do not need any previous experience or skills our team of coaches will be there to support you and help teach you new skills. Get Your Kit On is our recreational session taking place on a Thursday morning, this is a no commitment, pressure free place to play football. Nothing beats a good game of 5 a side on a morning to get you ready for the day ahead!
