Pramfit has been helping mums since 2014. Over a 130 Mums have used our service in that time.
We make sure we get the right mix of results based fitness and community. We know mums want a work out but they want to meet other mums and have a good time. We try and make Pramfit the best hour of your day!

The coaching is very important part of our mission. We are Pre and Post Natal qualified and have plenty of experience in everything postpartum. We know how much pregnancy impacts mums which is why we place a lot of empathise on mums getting professional, qualified coaching. Pelvic floor problems, back pain, hip dysfunction and everything else needs to be taken seriously.

But most importantly it’s about having fun and meeting other likeminded women. We have had Mums that 5 years on still meet up for weekends away and meals out.
