Would you like to get fitter, socialise and make new friends? We do 30 minutes exercise followed by 30 minutes playgroup whilst you enjoy a well-deserved cuppa.
Classes are relaxed, friendly and suitable for all stages of post pregnancy. Taken by Rachel who is a ladies only personal trainer, pilates instructor and pre and post-natal specialist.
