When you think of Scarborough, palm trees may not be your first thought, but think again! The lush palm outside will be your first sight of your holiday destination as you drive or walk down the attractive terrace of Victorian houses.
Sandy Palms Apartment is in the perfect location for a seaside holiday. Within a couple of minutes’ walk you can be buying artisan bread in the 160 year old Market Hall, enjoying a coffee in one of the many independent cafes (which one will be your favourite I wonder?) or enjoying locally caught fish from a classic fish and chip shop. If you’re feeling fit (or needing to work off those chips) then within another couple of minutes you can be on the beach at South Bay via 142 steps but don’t worry there’s a more leisurely route (that’s pushchair friendly). In fact there’s many routes to South Bay beach taking between 4-10 minutes to walk and taking in some amazing street art or lots of shops and eateries. North Bay is also close – just 5 minutes’ walk.
The first floor two bedroom apartment sleeps 4-6 plus a cot (provided). It’s suitable for couples but also having children ourselves we’ve designed it to be exceptionally family friendly. Take a look at our ‘Info For Families’ page on our website to see what we mean.
On-street parking is available (we’ll send you a parking permit if you’re driving) and it’s only a 15 minute walk from Scarborough railway station or a short taxi ride.
I hope our website gives you a good insight into Sandy Palms and everything we and Scarborough can offer you for your holiday but do please feel free to call or email with any queries you may have.
We look forward to welcoming you.
