BUMPS
Group Birth Preparation & Antenatal Course.
Running 12:30 – 16:30, one Saturday a month, Advised from 24 weeks pregnant onwards.
Private 1:1 Hypnobirthing.
In the comfort of your own home. 10hour course over 4 weeks. This course is a full Antenatal Course plus Hypnobirthing, using the KGHypnobirthing method.
BABIES
Baby Massage.
Course running every month over 4 weeks, Wednesdays 10 – 11:30am, Hurst Hall, Strensall, £45 for full course including booklet, massage oil and handmade gifts for your baby, Book online. Newborn babies to crawling.
Baby Sing and Sensory class.
Tuesdays 10 – 11am. Hurst Hall, Strensall. £5 per session. Pay as you go or online. 8 weeks to 13 months.
BEYOND
Toddler Music & Movement.
Friday 09:30 – 10:30am. Hurst Hall, Strensall. £5 per session. Pay as you go or online. 13 months to 3 years old.
