We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to ensure delivery of a high quality administration to our York Support Office Team.
Working with the team, you will be responsible for supporting on a variety of generalist administrative duties these will include: monitoring and ordering office supplies, liaising with external service providers such as cleaners and tradesmen; document filing; telephone answering, and managing email and postal correspondence.
Your enthusiasm and interpersonal skills will need to be combined with strong organisational and confident IT skills. A team-playing attitude is a must.

Contract: 8 hours available (split into two mornings a week ). If more administrative support is required we will speak to you so flexibility in working increased hours would be appreciated.
