Qa Research, an independent social research company based in York is currently undertaking some research for Living Streets, the UK charity for everyday walking.
Living Streets want to find out more about how people travel to their childcare/early years providers with their 2-4 year olds; what barriers may stand in the way of walking to providers or using active travel (e.g. bikes; scooters) means rather than by car.
Qa will be running a focus group discussion with parents at 6pm on the 21st September at a central York location. The group will last 75 minutes and invited participants will be given £40 as a thank you for their time. We will be involving parents that:
- Have a child aged 2-4
- Use formal childcare for this child
