British Military fitness have been training people in York for 8 years now in Rawcliffe using ex-military PTIs. Many people are put off by the fact that we are ex-military because they think it will be too hard or too shouty but that is untrue. We know how to motivate people and build teams to get the best out of them without screaming or giving unnecessary ‘punishments’.
