British Military fitness have been training people in York for 8 years now in Rawcliffe using ex-military PTIs. Many people are put off by the fact that we are ex-military because they think it will be too hard or too shouty but that is untrue. We know how to motivate people and build teams to get the best out of them without screaming or giving unnecessary ‘punishments’.
We have 3 ability groups; beginner, intermediate, and advanced so that you will only be asked to perform within your own ability. There are 4 sessions per week in York but also lots of sessions in nearby Leeds and Harrogate.

I am a fully qualified personal trainer, offering 1-1 sessions in the comfort of your own home.
Each hour long session will be tailored to you and your specific goals, using up to date Methods and equipment. Nutritional guidance and support included. No need to find child care, children welcome during each session.
