Hi, I’m Alison. I’ve been teaching Yoga for Pregnancy in York for 14 years. As the words above suggest, this is more than a yoga class. Creating connection and community is really important to me and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Yoga helps you enjoy a healthy pregnancy, easing aches and pains, releasing tension and feeling great in your body. Classes are currently on zoom but we will be back in person when guidance allows.
We offer time and space for you to enjoy your pregnancy journey and explore all your options. You might be planning a hospital birth, home birth, maximum pain relief, minimal intervention – all are welcome here.
If you have any complications, health conditions, injuries – please let me know, we can adapt all the practices, or come along and sit, lay down, breathe and be in the company of other mums to be. Everyone is welcome to come and take what they need.

Hello! My name is Laura and I am a 200 RYT yoga teacher with over 15 years of yoga experience.
Throughout my life, yoga has helped both my body find strength, flexibility and stability and it has helped my mind find stillness.
I currently teach 3 weekly online classes, £4 each or a 10 class pass (valid for use over 6 months) for £30. All my classes are recorded and everyone who books will receive a copy sent to your inbox afterwards.
Mondays 6-7pm Slow Flow Yoga – Great for all abilities and experience, moving through flowing sequences with time and space to hold each pose.
Wednesdays 6-7pm Yoga for Beginners – Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga and wants to build the foundations.
Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Ideal for those who have some yoga experience but want to take it a bit deeper. Quite a fast paced class, be ready for a workout as well as a stretch out!
