We are an all abilities running club that meet on a Wednesday night, 6.30pm at the Holiday Inn on Tadcaster Road.

A friendly sociable and welcoming running club for men and women – you don’t need to be a mum/dad or fit! Distances of 1,2,3,4,5 & 6+ miles offered at each session – fit into whichever distance suits you with trained Leader to support you.



Dalby parkrun

Every Saturday 9.00am
The place to be on a Saturday morning is Dalby Forest parkrun, dust off your trail shoes and head to Dalby Forest. This is a free timed 5k run event (discounted parking applies between 8.30-10.30am) and is open to all.

A short run for women who have never run or lost fitness, (incl. post natal or menopause). Aiming for comfortable 5k, longer runs by arrangement.
Lead by Melanie, qualified personal trainer and insured run leader.

Ready Steady Mums

RSM York is a free walking group for mums and their babies. Pregnant ladies also very welcome.

Wednesdays at 10:30 meeting at the YHA Water End in Clifton.

It’s a great chance to meet other new mums and chat about what’s been happening with your little people whilst getting some fresh air and gentle exercise. We’re a really friendly bunch and it’s a great way to start the week!
We’re completely volunteer led so if anyone has any free time and a heart to support other mums whilst enjoying some fresh air yourself then we’d love to hear from you or just pop along on a Monday morning!
