I must confess, on a warm, dry day, we opt for alfresco baby changing! This tends to be on the grass in either museum gardens or Minster Yard as both are central and we are usually close enough to one or the other. We choose a slightly more secluded spot (no ones wants nappy changing right next to their picnic!!) but there’s plenty of room for everyone. We usually lay a picnic blanket down and then have some time for feeding / tummy time / rolling around and playing afterwards too. Obviously, you need to keep your nappy with you until you can dispose of it. Older siblings tend to prefer this option as they have a bit of space to play whilst baby is being tended to.
