Initially, the thought of teaching a spin class with 26 pairs of eyes all focusing on me was daunting! Reflect is a local charity that provides free one-to-one support for anyone struggling with the pain of pregnancy or baby loss, and the effects that this can have on mental health. Those who have been through our structured-support programme ‘Reflections: Walking through loss’ show a significant improvement in their mental health and sleeping patterns.
