Since launching Pro Safety Management in January 2019 we’ve been selected to work with some major high street brands.
Our vision is to build a fun and vibrant business which offers you the opportunity to grow and become a key person with an expanding business.
Currently, we are looking for an energetic Personal Assistant on a 3-month contract with a possible extension.
The work is varied from speaking with customers, supporting training delivery, to diary management. You’ll sometimes need to attend client offices with some overnight stays.
But it won’t be all about you. We’ll look after you by giving the flexibility to maximise your well-being at home and work.
Ideally you would be based in the York area.
Your skills and experience
You will have excellent office 365 skills, be an active listener and enjoy detail and report writing.
Maybe you have limited experience as a PA but just want this new opportunity or challenge.
You’ll also be great at coordinating events and keeping track of deadlines.
Above all, you’ll want to enjoy work, have fun and develop.
