We are a York based company who build and supply childrenās Mud Kitchens. We have a standard range to choose from or we can make bespoke kitchens, we love a challenge, not just for Mud Kitchens but any wooden creation you may have in mind.Ā
A Mud Kitchen in your garden is a great way to encourage children to spend more time outside. There are many benefits for children playing outside, from well needed vitamin D in the summer to exercise of the body and mind. Our Mud Kitchens provide a great role play opportunity for both toddlers and juniors (and a lot of the time, parents too)!
We source local products from local companies and work to have minimal waste from the products we produce. We offer a delivery service (nationwide as well as local) or you are welcome to collect from our Haxby base!
For every Mud Kitchen we build, we make a small donation to the Woodland Trust, who spend it directly on woods, trees and wildlife.Ā

I specialise in making artworks, hangings and jewellery using handcrafted paper flowers. The inspiration for these pieces comes from my love of the outdoors and nature. I love experimenting with how different shapes, sizes and textures of paper flowers work together to create something unique and beautiful.
The other side of my shop is books. I have a passion for books, reading and getting lost in different stories. I repurpose old, damaged, shabby books and give them a second lease of life, using their pages to create a vintage backdrop for the prints I design. I have a range of prints available, from Yorkshire landmarks and seasonal prints, to typographical prints using quotes from classic books which are printed onto old English dictionary pages.
