We help you unlock the secrets to the world waiting for you outside your door. We provide the tools to help encourage children and their families to explore, discover, and be amazed every single day. Our collection includes a range of discovery cards to take out on walks to see what you can spot. Including Tree leaves, Wildflowers, nature Sensory & Mindfulness cards, Animal Tracking, Minibeast Hunts, Fungi finding, and more. Our kits include the popular Woodland Animal Poo Kit and Animal Tracking Kits amongst others and make perfect gifts.
We are passionate about nurturing a love of nature in children. It’s important to us that our items are eco-friendly and natural materials used. We are ourselves parents, educators, and nature lovers – all products are tried and tested by our own Woodland Warriors. We are a York based company who build and supply children’s Mud Kitchens. We have a standard range to choose from or we can make bespoke kitchens, we love a challenge, not just for Mud Kitchens but any wooden creation you may have in mind.
A Mud Kitchen in your garden is a great way to encourage children to spend more time outside. There are many benefits for children playing outside, from well needed vitamin D in the summer to exercise of the body and mind. Our Mud Kitchens provide a great role play opportunity for both toddlers and juniors (and a lot of the time, parents too)!
We source local products from local companies and work to have minimal waste from the products we produce. We offer a delivery service (nationwide as well as local) or you are welcome to collect from our Haxby base!
For every Mud Kitchen we build, we make a small donation to the Woodland Trust, who spend it directly on woods, trees and wildlife.
I run Gembobs Crafts where I like to stock my shop with beautiful handmade goodies, that are all unique and individually made with love.
I am from York and i am designer and seamstress of all the items in my shop, which you will find brimming with home decor, paper goods, handmade toys and accessories.
