We are a family run Holiday home business based close to the centre of York, on Micklegate. Jools and Jerry have lived in York for over 30 years, and watched the city develop into an amazing cultural centre – steeped in history with fantastic restaurants and pubs, and many festivals throughout the year – we want to share this wonderful little city with you.
Whether you are visiting with a young family or a weekend away without the kids we are happy to support with everything from travel cots and high chairs, offers of a themed Harry Potter room under the stairs right in front of York Minster or romantic escapes for when you can get a babysitter.

Wigwam holidays Ball Hall Farm is a true rural hideaway, with all the cabins overlooking a stunning wildlife lake and surrounded by native woodland. The award-winning glamping site has nine Deluxe ensuite cabins and three Wigwam Lodge wheelchair friendly cabins surrounding the lake. Set deep in the Yorkshire countryside, yet only 11 miles from York city and all the attractions.
