Professional Taekwondo instruction is taught by Master Alan Sparks, 8th Dan Master. Teaching self-defence, building confidence and fitness and preparing children with life skills.
Children age 6 years+: Tuesdays 6-7pm
Children from 13 years of age move up into the senior class: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7- 8.30pm.
