We are proudly independent gin makers, using traditional and sustainable methods in York’s only distillery. We make some of the world’s best gins – regularly winning top medals at the biggest international spirits competitions. Three of our gins are classics – London Dry, Old Tom and Navy Strength. All three have won major gold medals. The other three are inspired by York’s history – Roman Fruit (Romans), Grey Lady (ghosts) and Chocolate & Orange (chocolate). ‘History in the Tasting’ indeed!
All our bottles and packaging are plastic free and our distillery runs on 100% green electricity. We drive emission-free electric vehicles and buy local wherever possible. All our bottles, packaging and labels are made in Yorkshire. All our gins are made in York.
