Halloween is going to be even more fun this year with York Mumbler. The team have created a fun, free Goblin trail at Rowntree Park for families in York this October half term.
With things to spot and quiz questions to answer along the way this free, safe trail is ideal for families looking for something a bit different this October Half Term. Developed with Holly at Yorkshire Brand Stories, we have created a series of spooky themed Goblin houses for children to spot and collect clues to complete the trail. The original Goblin houses have been constructed by Holly’s mum and her friend using found materials and are brightly painted and decorated to stand out to children.
Need a helping hand to hunt out all the goblins? Take a peek at our Rowntree Park Hint Sheet for some extra clues!
As well as the original trail at Rowntree Park, York Mumbler have created a free trail pack that local communities can access. Nurseries and community groups will be able to set up their own Goblin trail throughout October Half Term in parks, woods and green spaces to provide local families with a free, safe activity. To be involved get in touch with Holly at hello@yorkshirebrandstories.co.uk.
Our sponsor for the trail, Little Green Rascals, will also be hosting the community trail within their organic day nurseries for their children to enjoy throughout half term.
The original Goblin Houses are located at Rowntree Park, York.
