Gentle nursery rhymes are sung to enhance a baby’s memory and development of language. Your confidence massaging your baby will grow with each class and you will see the benefits from Day 1.
These classes particularly help babies who have trapped wind, constipation, have colic or difficulty sleeping.
Indian and reflexology techniques applied to soothe any baby’s mood. Practicing these massage strokes at home after class will also create a stronger bond and connection between you and your baby.
For your baby’s digestive comfort, it’s highly recommended that a minimum of an hour has passed after the baby’s last feed before massage takes place at home or in class.
