Originally not intended as a theatre, the Grand Opera House York has undergone many changes since and is now the county’s biggest fully operational theatre and the home of live entertainment in the region.
The Grand Opera House York is part of the Ambassador Theatre Group and is York’s premier theatre. Hosting touring productions of West End Musicals and Drama, together with Comedians, Opera, & Ballet and not forgetting the fantastic annual pantomime! We look forward to welcoming you.
