Little Bugs Childcare offers full and part time childcare for children between 0 and 5 years. We are conveniently situated just off the York outer ring road and offer 30 hours free childcare. Parents and carers are very welcome to visit any time.
We treat every child as a developing individual and provide the support, surroundings and encouragement for a happy and fulfilling childhood. We have a friendly team of qualified childcare professionals with high staff to child ratios to enable the team to build close relationships with each child. Children are encouraged to discover and learn through a mix of structured activities, group or individual projects and personal encouragement. We follow the Reggio approach to childcare, supporting a child’s natural curiosity through a wide range of experiences with lots of positive support from staff.
We have excellent facilities both indoors and out and are proud to be a Forest School. Our children have on-site access to a dipping pond, generous and well equipped outdoor play areas and an orchard as well as exclusive use of the facilities at the Web Adventure Park each day before 9.30am. Our facilities enable us to offer a huge range of exciting and relaxing activities throughout the typical day.
We currently have availability in the baby, toddler and pre-school settings.
