Kyra are running a series of events for young women aged 17-25. These activities are all free and you can try as many as you like.
Following the 3 tasters there will be a 20 weeks of Be Active made up of what young women would like (from Bootcamp, hula hooping or yoga).
Also we have a couple of places on the self esteem course on a Tuesday night 6.30-8 but only taking new people on this week (24th).
