You can find him on Etsy (link below), York Open Studios and the River Art Market.
My name is Farida Greenfield, I am an artist and illustrator.
I live in Badger Hill, York with my husband and two children. My interest in art began since I was in high school. I enjoyed drawing, which then led me studying architecture at university. I am inspired by the beauty of landscape, beach, flowers, fashion and many cute little things. I love the lightness and the transparency of watercolour, which is the main media I use. Painting and illustrating are my passion and bring so much joy into my life. It is a pleasure to me when my artwork can brighten up someone’s day.
I love designing greeting cards, postcards, invitations and wide range of merchandise which can be personalised at my Zazzle store www.zazzle.co.uk/store/FaridaGallery and at Greeting Card Universe www.GreetingCardUniverse.com/FaridaGallery (greeting cards only).

Jane at Fliss & Rose is a York-based mum of two, who designs greeting cards and other illustrated loveliness, so you can send a smile in the post.
Whether you want to send some love to family or friends with a little jar of hugs, a brand new human bean card, or a hang on in there sloth card (who doesn’t need one of those after the last year!) Or if you want to leave a thank you rainbow notecard for your delivery driver, milkman or teacher, or celebrate your little one’s big achievements like learning to ride your bike, master the potty or learn to read, you’ll find something perfect in her lovely range.
You can order your cards and other products from Jane’s Etsy shop:
My cards are all handmade and created from my original artwork. My concern and love for the environment drives my creations and my materials are UK-based or sourced locally. They are 100% recyclable and/or made from recycled materials.
In 2020 I teamed up with Ribble Rivers Trust to produce handmade cards to raise money for this wonderful charity. So far I have created 3 sets of designs – The most recent are hand-finished with biodegradable glitter!
In Christmas 2020 I made a set of Christmas Cards to raise money for a friend’s Food Drive on the island of Isabela, Galapagos. The people (and so the wildlife) of the Galapagos have been hit extremely hard by the pandemic due to the lack of tourism.
I adore making something lasting and special and the fact I can make items that benefit our beautiful Earth is my greatest pleasure.

About three years ago, I started my business by creating greetings cards from my lino and screen prints of York. I got such a buzz selling them at local maker markets that I began to create more pattern designs and illustrations.
This month, I launched my first Greetings Cards subscription box. Each month, I send out a selection of five different cards to my members. I created it for those moments where a friend or loved one’s birthday creeps up on you and you haven’t had chance to go out and buy a card. It happens to me all the time! Even last week, I needed a sympathy card, thought I had one in my stash, but it turned out to be a “with regret” card, which obviously, was no use! By joining my Greetings Cards Club, you don’t have to worry about the same things happening to you! I’m going to help you curate your very own “greetings cards for any occasion drawer”.
To join the club, simply go to my website: www.marcolooks.com and click on “join the club” in the top right hand corner.

“Everyone should have a box of cards ready for any occasion in their stationary stash, I know I do” says Carrie Lyall of Rose & Hen, and that’s exactly what her greetings card designs are all about.
Based on her limited edition linocut prints which are inspired by the natural world and designed around the ethos of simple, delicate and timeless, Carrie invites you to choose what occasion to send her cards for. From birthdays to anniversaries or just because I miss you, you can easily find a suitable card within her collection. Each design is hand carved and printed at Carrie’s home studio, using pigment rich linseed oil based inks from a local family run supplier, and then professionally printed in the UK as greetings cards. You can find all of Carrie’s designs in her Etsy shop.
