A 24 hour charity fundraiser to be held at Millthorpe School Sports Hall, to raise money for cancer treatment for Adam Gray – proceeds will pay for cancer treatment which is no longer available on the NHS.
The 6-a-side football matches will start at 6pm on Friday 2nd June, with the matches being accompanied on the following day by a family fun day (Saturday 3rd June), featuring bouncy castle, face painting, pizza, gin, cakes and refreshments, and an amazing raffle not to mention lots of football to watch! There will also be some tennis and football training for children on the Saturday afternoon, generously provided by local coaches:
Tennis coaching with Heworth and Rowntree Tennis Club, between 1-2pm.
Football coaching with Ignite between 2pm and 4pm, divided into the following age groups:
These training sessions are free but a donation would be much appreciated.
