This is a gentle, inclusive introduction to running suitable for you and your family. No need for fancy gear or equipment.
All you need is loose clothing, suitable shoes to run in and a bottle of water
We have a qualified running tutor and experienced coach who will show you a new way to get active with the family with our very own nature runs. We will focus on looking and listening to nature and putting the fun back into being active.
This event is suitable for total beginners who have never run before.
This event would suit families with children aged 5 – 12
