Join us at the Good Neighbours Garden to have a first look at what’s been happening here in the heart of York! In just three (autumn!) months, we’ve created a community garden for all to share in the centre of town, a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping streets, a place to meet others, to learn gardening skills, to support the wider work of Good Neighbours and much more besides. Our Christmas Fair is the first chance for all to see what lots of amazing volunteers have been doing this autumn – it will also feature CARD SALE, REFRESHMENTS, CHRISTMAS MUSIC, a visit from SANTA CLAUS, a beautiful ELF HOUSE and more besides.
FREE ENTRY, and all proceeds from cards and refreshments’ will support our work across the world, particularly our ‘Girls Can Do Everything’ campaign, supporting girls in Uganda and other countries in providing hygiene packs, reusable sanitary pads and education.
