This term Bootham Junior School are running an evening of ICE workshops for younger children who are keen to explore a particular area of the creative curriculum. We have created a year-round programme of events drawing together interested primary-age pupils from across York and the surrounding area.
Registration is from 4.15pm and workshops last from 4.30pm β 5.30pm.
Children can choose from one of the following options:
MINI MASTERCHEFS (RECEPTION TO Year 2) β Follow a recipe to cook a curry to taste and take home. Please indicate vegetarian/allergy information.
STORYTELLING DRAMA (RECEPTION AND YEAR 1) β Become part of the story as you recreate a favourite tale.
YOUNG AUTHORS (YEAR 1 & 2) β Be the author and illustrator of your own masterpiece.
DESIGN TECHNOLOGY (RECEPTION, YEAR 1 & YEAR 2) β Make your own puppet to take home.
DANCE (YEAR 2) β Explore dance and movement and get a chance to create your own piece.
