New Earswick Primary School is holding a Nursery and Reception Open Day on Tuesday 21 November. Everyone is welcome at 5:00pm to a meet and greet with the Headteacher and Early Years Team, followed by a tour of the school. We have excellent Key Stage 2 results, coming top in York for spelling and grammar, and we are in the top 10% of schools nationally for progress in writing.
New Earswick Primary School Nursery provides places for children from the age of 3, offering 30 hours funded childcare as well as wrap-around provision starting from 7:30am to 6:00pm each day. We also work closely with Little Rowans Pre-school, based on the same site, who offer places for children from the age of 2, with additional availability for up to a term after a child’s 3rd birthday.
