The YF and VYF of Rowntree Park, along with YUMI, invite you a ‘Spooky Saturday’ in the park!
We will have a range of activities lined up including some potion making, a haunted hunt, ‘pimp your pumpkin’ session and much more!
The activities are most suitable for children of Primary age and under. Parents/careers need to stay with their children and get involved in the fun!
Meet in the ‘Friend Garden’ – which is the garden with railings. To find it from the cafe – cross the bridge, under the dove cote, head half way up along the fountain (that’s turned off and without water) and it’s on the right! You can do it!
The sessions are run by volunteers and we ask for a £2 donation per child. The money is used to cover the cost of the materials.
This session is run in association with YUMI (York Unifying and Multicultural Initiative) and will have an international twist to some activities!
