Join us this summer for a free event in the York Festival of Ideas for children aged 9-11. We’ll be spending a Sunday afternoon exploring the grounds of the University of York, finding plants, berries, trees, and many other wonders around Heslington Hall. Together, we’ll be learning about some of the poets who were inspired by the natural world. You’ll get the chance to create your own poem about what you’ve found in the gardens with help from our friendly guides!
