Treasure Chest’s FREE antenatal breastfeeding workshops are now back in person! The next one is Saturday 21st January 2023, and then one a month up except in August.

Run by Treasure Chest volunteers, this free workshop offers a space where pregnant people and a partner/family member/friend can attend to gain a better insight of how to get off to a good start in breastfeeding your new baby.
Our workshops give you the opportunity to explore the reasons why breastfeeding is a great way to feed your baby, or babies! We will let you know what to expect covering everything from the first feed to breastfeeding in public and expressing. We will also signpost where to find help and support in the local area just in case you need it.
Finally, there is the opportunity to talk to a breastfeeding parent about their experiences and ask any questions you may have. A partner/family member/friend is welcome to join you too, so you both have the opportunity to find out more and prepare before your baby arrives.
