If you want a romantic dinner for two, but don’t want to cook, there are lots of brilliant supermarket meal deals available.
🍾 M&S has a Dine-In menu which includes a choice of starter, main, side, dessert, a bottle of drink and a box of chocolates for just £20. There are 30 different options and 200 combinations to choose from, with main dishes including British rump steaks, beef Bourgignon and duck breasts in a plum sauce.
🍾 Tesco is also selling a meal for two for £20 which gives you a choice of a starter, two mains and a dessert, as well as either a full bottle of wine or Prosecco, a half a bottle of Champagne or a non-alcoholic alternative. There are 27 options, plus this year there are some vegan choices.
🍾 Aldi’s Valentine’s offer is the cheapest around where you can get a meal for two for £10, but no drinks included. Available in the offer are heart-shaped pancakes, chicken love nuggets and sirloin steak with pink peppercorn butter. The cost depends on what you pick from the Specially Selected range.
🍾 ASDA is selling a starter, main, two sides, dessert and a bottle of wine for only £15. Enjoy tempura prawns as a starter, steak with garlic butter, brownie domes, Rose Cava and much more. There are also lots of vegan planet-based options too.
🍾 Morrisons three-course Valentine’s feast includes a starter, main, two sides, dessert and a bottle of wine, all for just £15. Again there are vegan options available, like celeriac steaks with portobello mushroom sauce, alongside the traditional favourites.
